Friend likes two people who should she go with?

My friend keeps asking me who which one she should rather be with? The one guy she met at camp. He is really smart, nice, and funny. He acts kind of stupid but he is really smart. Shes only none him for a week and she hasn't talked to him for a couple of days. The other guy is mechanical smart, nice, and funny. She's known him for 4 years. He really likes her they are really good friends and has asked her out a bunch of times but had to reject because she couldn't date she can now and she told him but she doesn't know if she wants to. She wants to hang out with the guy from camp more so she gets to know him better. Is that a bad idea? And which one should she be with?
