Agreed, and moreover I observed this behaviour to be common in parts like America, France and some parts of Europe and Canada, its really sad because they are great countries but true. Its become to the point that it has be a acceptable behaviour in society when its really not. If you want someone decent you're going to have to get out of your comfort zone and find her. I would suggest stop going to night clubs and start talking to girls in supermarkets, libraries, in parks, go over your classmate list and see whether you can catch up with one of your friend girls. I mean it still doesn't solve the problem but your chances to find someone decent will be higher.
