My girlfriend won't respond to me and I...?

Am giving her a time limit to respond to me or I'll dump her and wait till I'm 16 to have a relationship (serious) she is expecting me to be the greatest person of all, Which i do try and i must admit with modesty, I do it quite well. We had an argument and now she won't respond to me and she was the fcking slang master of all. The thing is i will NOT be tossed around by this OR ANY OTHER WOMAN! Any girl does this to me just because of a petty argument i will just throw decisions at them. I want to know. Am i doing the right thing? i don't wanna be attached to a certain girl i love but she lost interest. not saying that's what my current girlfriend is doing but i am saying that she is just ignoring me over a petty argument.
