What dose it mean when a belly ring is red around the top of my belly ring mines going on 10 weeks BUT it dos?

dose it have a good chance of rejecting at 10 weeks every-time i take a shower its not red a little my belly ring doesn't get that red though its just a little red but doesn't hurt is it healing?
