How do we become more than friends? (Need advice!)?

Ok, sorry this is a long one but I need advice! I'm 16, and there's this guy I know who I see every Friday at my local Youth Club since I joined in September. I really like him as more than a friend, and have a feeling he might like me too but I don't know what to do about it!! He's really shy (as am I) so I don't know if he would ask me out if he liked me, but if I ask him out (which I couldn't imagine doing!) I risk being rejected and it would be so awkward every week! He has been nothing but really friendly and nice to me so far though, nothing more. I'm so confused :/ Any advice would be really appreciated :D xxx
