How do i make a move and give her signs i like her?

she likes me and i know it because she tells me that im sweet and im her closest (guy) friend and she told me that my x girlfriend was lucky to have me. but i just cant get my self to show her i like her too, she has a boyfriend but she tells me she's not happy with him.i want to kinda tell her i like her without making it obvious that im clearly interested and not being rejected.... what do i do?? help please :(
